Pre-Order Information

At Sedara, some of our most exclusive designs are offered on a pre-order basis. This allows you to reserve your piece in advance while we carefully produce or source it just for you.

Processing Time

Pre-order items are not stocked in advance. They are made or sourced after your order is confirmed. The full processing time can take up to 35 days, depending on fabric availability, tailoring schedules, and shipment timelines from our suppliers. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your custom piece with care and attention to detail.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of placing a pre-order. This secures your item and initiates the production or sourcing process. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase.

Shipping

If your order contains both pre-order and ready-to-ship items, the entire order will be shipped together once all items are available. If you wish to receive your ready-to-ship items sooner, please contact us to request a split shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply. Please note that shipping timelines begin only after the pre-order item has completed processing.

Changes and Cancellations

You may cancel or modify your pre-order within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed and may be declined or subject to administrative fees. This is due to the made-to-order nature of many pre-order items, which may already be in production or allocated.

Returns and Exchanges

Pre-order items follow our standard Return & Exchange Policy, unless explicitly stated otherwise (such as items marked as final sale or those that are custom-tailored). We encourage reviewing our sizing chart and product details carefully before placing a pre-order.
