Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from Sydney, Australia, via Australia Post. We aim to ensure that your shopping experience is seamless and your items are delivered in a timely and secure manner.

Processing Time

Orders for ready-to-ship items are typically processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days after your order is confirmed. For pre-order items, please allow up to 35 days for processing. This timeline may vary depending on product availability and production schedules.

Shipping Times and Rates

For deliveries within Australia, we offer two shipping options. Standard Shipping takes approximately 5-8 business days and is charged at $15 AUD. Express Shipping is available for faster delivery within 1-3 business days at a rate of $20 AUD. 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. This will allow you to follow the progress of your delivery directly through the Australia Post tracking system.

Important Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. Sedara is not responsible for delays or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

If your order includes both ready-to-ship and pre-order items, your entire order will be shipped together once all items are available. If you would prefer to receive the ready-to-ship items separately, please contact us to arrange a split shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
