Welcome to Sedara. By accessing or using this website, or placing an order through it, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your use of www.sedaraofficial.com and all transactions made through the site. Please read them carefully before making any purchase.

1. Orders

All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of payment. Once your order is successfully placed and payment has been approved, you will receive an order confirmation via email. It is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided is accurate and complete, including your delivery address. We are unable to make changes to your order or update your address once the order has been dispatched. Sedara reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in the case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity. To help ensure a proper fit, we recommend reviewing our size chart before purchase.

2. Pricing

All prices listed on the website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax (GST) where applicable. Prices may change at any time without prior notice. Promotional offers are only valid during the advertised timeframe and cannot be applied to previous purchases.

3. Payment

Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order. We accept secure payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed securely through Shopify’s encrypted checkout system. Sedara does not store your card details or payment information.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Once an order has been dispatched, it becomes the responsibility of the customer. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect from the local post office, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns on full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unused, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging and tags. A valid proof of purchase must be provided. For hygiene reasons, hijabs and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return. We do not issue refunds for a change of mind or incorrect size selection. In such cases, store credit or exchange may be offered, subject to availability. 6. Product Representation

We make every effort to display product colors and textures as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in screen settings and lighting, actual colors may differ slightly from what appears on your screen. These variations do not qualify as defects.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and designs, is the property of Sedara and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any of our content without written permission.

8. Privacy
